Unlike many other letting agents we have a high regard for our tenants throughout their tenancy. From the start of your search for your new home we make ourselves available for you to view all our properties at convenient times, including evenings and weekends, because we realise sometimes it can be difficult to view a property during office hours.

We can arrange tenancy agreements from 1 to 6 months.

We have listened to our tenants, who want a quick and easy process to renting, so these are our 3 easy steps to moving into your new home

1) Once you've found a property you like, we require a completed application form with a referencing fee, the property is then under option to you while we carry out the referencing process.

2) On successful completion of the referencing process, we then arrange move-in dates with you and ensure the necessary paperwork is completed.

3) On the day of signing, we require one months rent and the bond which is usually equivalent to a months rent, the bond is held with a government approved deposit scheme on your behalf until you leave the property. You will receive a handover pack including appliance instructions, contact numbers etc.
